What percentage of Rangers signings are even a success? Less than 50% anyway.

Is this a “trust the experts" comment? What's the point in a forum if we can't discuss potential signings?

I think people are assuming he’s strong because he’s [snip] tbh. His stats show he is actually pretty weak, very low success for duels when he has the ball and low across the board for defensive stats. I’m not overly convinced on this one, but his goals and assists stats are good and for little to no fee it does seem shrewd.

Where are these stats from? Is it comparing with MLS centre mids only? And what’s the sample pool? I find the stats hard to believe. From a very brief look at YouTube, he doesn’t look that good to me. Something not right about his technique. The guy from Aston Villa/QPR looked better.

That was a very good listen. On the face of it, it looks like he brings fresh ideas, initiative and enthusiasm to the role.

So much said about the players they had missing. They had 5 who played in the SF who didn’t start. We had 6. Yilmaz, Souttar and Matondo have barely kicked a ball all season. Our squad has been ravaged by injuries all season, Tom Lawrence another example. Colak looked like he could fire us to the title until injuries ruined his season. Tillman has been one of our best players this season and was injured yesterday. But Tom English has to mention the big caveat of the missing players 2 or 3 times in his article.

I hope not. Purely because that would be an absolutely insane decision. Swapping the man who never misses a game with John Souttar.

I still think we should sign Tillman. He’s scored as many from midfield, at the age of 20 and in his first ever season of senior football, as Morelos this season. With better players around him he’d be the first Rangers midfielder to score 20 a season at this level since Barry and de Boer.

I’ve been back and fore in Jack, but I've reached the stage where I just want all the injury prone players gone so that we can get more consistency in our starting 11.

Our record of conceding goals when Goldson isn’t in the team continues to be astonishingly bad.

More or less secured 3rd place and European group stage football, while beating us. That's as good as it gets for them.

Kent, Morelos, Jack, Helander, Arfield, Davis and McGregor's contracts expire. None should be renewed and that's a huge amount of money freed up to re-shape the team and bring in fresh blood.

Cantwell is that magic creator that people thought Kent was. Great signing.

Threat up front is still a big difference for me. They have natural goalscorers in those positions and we don’t.

The goal should have stood, and Beale can’t legislate for those massive errors. Not a bad performance but an incredibly frustrating and disappointing outcome.

So many good performances. We lacked cutting edge as usual, and still scored 4. Cantwell is just a joy to watch. He’s just a totally different type of player to what we had before and exactly what we needed in this league.

There are 5 Celtic players in that list who play Kent’s position. The lowest score from those is 9. Kent’s is 22.

I just can’t get past this with Kent. Goals are too important to just sacrifice in his position. It’s like settling for a defender with a lot of qualities but who’s poor in the air. It’s an Achilles heel, not something we can just accommodate for.

Incredibly frustrating after the Hearts performance.

I’m just hoping we can get Raskin, Cantwell and Tillman playing together. We’ll be so much better to watch.

Loved that assist from Cantwell today. He’s exactly the kind of player we’ve been missing, a joy to watch. Tillman such a big player for us too, the combination of creativity and goal scoring is something we haven’t had in that position.

Morelos had an xG of 0.98 today. Pretty poor not to score from that.
