  1. Young players should be taking a lesson from the GOAT. Messi has shown that you'll gain more from staying up/bouncing up than going down willy-nilly.
  2. Yes that's the kind of attitude that will show our club in a good light and attract investment.
  3. Seemed to be a good few Bears in attendance.
  4. I pity those who don't enjoy the taste of the amazing pudding.
  5. Doesn't make a lot of sense as Columbo was famous for looking like a tramp.
  6. I thought Kamara was slow in closing down the guy who put the cross in. A bit of a balls up all round.
  7. No he doesn't but I suspect another player would have got a stern warning rather than a booking.
  8. I don't think any other player would have been given a yellow card for that.
  9. That's another thing about youth development, it's a bit of a lottery.
  10. Can you read? I said it was a rhetorical question. Nonsense my arse. Yes it's only happened to Gilmour because he's the only one who has looked that bit special. That's the point...as soon as anyone comes along that looks a real asset we will probably lose them.
  11. So If we are going to lose any player who looks the part would we be better off not investing in a youth system and just acquire a squad as needs be? A rhetorical question as it's not going to happen but it does make you wonder who we are going to bring through under those circumstances.
  12. The 19th. I can't access my database so can't give exact details.
  13. We also toured there a couple of times in the nineteenth century.
  14. According to the Rangers sub on Reddit we played Leicester behind closed doors today winning 3-0. Goals from Tav, Stewart and Docherty. I guess a few of the fringe players would've gotten a run out.
  15. Porto can't beat us on goal difference if I'm reading this right.
  16. A lot a good performances, everybody gets pass marks, but I'm going for Goldson just shading Helander for MotM.
  17. If a young player is good enough he will break into the team. I think Gilmour would have played more first team football had he stayed but the difference in money is so great that most will go for it. It's a sad fact that if one of our youths looks exceptional there's a high chance we will lose them.
  18. We've had a few of those this season although I don't think today necessarily qualifies. We've certainly played worse this term and won.
  19. Very comfortable in the end. Lots of good individual performances, going to be an interesting MotM discussion.
  20. I'd play the same eleven who started at Dingwall. I think Morelos may be rested but we do have the international break coming up so I would start him.
  21. Of course. You could argue that Morelos would've a bargain had we paid £9 million for him. At £1 million he was an excellent piece of business.
  22. Might? Might? He's scored a shed load of goals, he's the best striker we've had in years and he's been touted as being valued at £20,000,000 (and rising) and you think he might be considered a bargain?
