ian1964 10,448 Posted November 23, 2009 Share Posted November 23, 2009 HA HA, You couldn't make this shit up !!, over on KDS they have started a new thread.......................wait for it.....................................Supporters, are we the friendliest ?: Having lived in Tenerife now for the best part of two years now, I have noticed something that I was wondering is unqiue to our supporters, obviously when I (or anyone else) walk into the various celtic/irish boozers, we seem to give a customary nod or acknowledgement of some sort. My girlfriend is from Halifax and she find this strange as her team's fans (Leeds Utd) do not seem to partake in anything similar. Even walking about town if a hoops is spotted or I am wearing the Hoops I find myself saying Hi or give a nod or been acknowledged myself. This maybe an age old question but are we the friendliest fans around ??? Has other folk had experinces similar to this ???
