I guess to be fair, Bougherra was hardly doing the business when we signed him either. I could see a few of our strikers playing on the wings all of this season maybe even Davis might be put out wide . He decided to leave Ajax 2 himself to get first team football with Vitesse. Ajax did want to keep him. He seemingly started strong at Vitesse but soon was fighting to get a place in the starting line-up.
