He'd only have been on the bench anyway. Now maybe Boyd will get on instead of him! (if he doesnt start).

Good news on the Ukraine side of things though, Sheva is a huge loss for them and will give the Scotland team more confidence going into the match.

A loss would be hard to take after the weekend game. Im hoping we at least get a draw out of this one.

I dont think OConnor will be missed but I hope it doesnt upset anything in the team.

Before the France game I said if we got 2 pts out of these games Id take it, we have already bettered that so if we get anything from this game its a huge bonus. The only down side to a defeat is it can take the team back down to ground a bit but even if we do lose 1 win and 1 defeat is better than 2 draws that Id of taken.

I think this will be a really tricky tie but hope we can sneak a 0-0.

Shevchenko is fit BTW.

Miller missed a sitter, Pressley should not have been sent off and TBH the scoreline is a fair reflection. We need to take our chances and we didn't - and some sloppy defending cost us dear...

Still promising though - I think the team was still a little hungover from Saturday :sigh:
