pete 2,499 Posted October 18, 2006 Share Posted October 18, 2006 i dont see why we have to play a 4-4-2 in scotland when most teams sit in against us play a more attacking formation like a 3-5-2 and in europe play a 4-4-2 or a 4-4-3 Wawh! No keeper thats new, what do we do with a shot on goal. The important thing is movement off the ball and the tempo you play at, not the formation. You can put 11 dustbins in any formation you want, but if they don't move then they won't win. That is the biggest let down for me, our movement off the ball has been atrocius in the games i have seen.
