If he consistently played near his best he'd be one of the most popular and valuable players. Frankie 8,150 Posted December 12, 2011 Share Posted December 12, 2011 Whittaker probably sums up much of our team: sometimes very good, sometimes incredibly awful but generally just about average. I'm quite surprised he's on as high a wage that he is but I guess he's contributed to our recent successes so can point out that positive contribution to any suitors. I was thinking that other day with Jelavic, Ruiz hasn't done much at Fulham but is a fantastic player and would bang them in up here.
