Administrators organise staff meeting for 4pm today (Wednesday)

At this moment in time Papac has left MP saying nothing, Lafferty left next - again no comment - Bartley left but has since returned, ALL the rest of the squad are still inside.

Blackpool, Southampton and another unnamed club are in for Gregg Wylde.

Dundee Utd also interested.

At the Beeb tonight "sources" said that "the Americans" had left, which would make sense as their season is just beginning.

The US/Canada transfer window is still open, so we could essentially have sold the Americans right now. I'd have thought we should have been able to get £2m for the three of them combined. If it's true that they've left, then combined with Wylde the administrators have just allowed at LEAST £3m worth of player assets to leave.

FFS! BBC just reported that administrators have failed to agree paycuts designed to halt redundancies.

Not surprised but they are taking their fecking time and picking up money for themselves for it.

Dundee Utd also interested.

If he goes to Dundee Utd it would be very poor indeed.

It would be a real kick in the teeth because Dundee Utd are one of the SPL teams who've stabbed Rangers in the back. To see them pick up a valuable young player from us for nothing would be pretty gut-wrenching.

Peter Houston wants to talk to him but doubt they could afford the wages.

Good point actually. Not sure what they'd be able to afford, but Wylde must have been on six or seven grand a week under his new contract with us.

"DAVID WHITEHOUSE of club administrators Duff and Phelps has made the following statement to the media this evening:

Today has been a very frustrating day. Earlier in the day, we believed we had agreed in principle a basis of cost-cutting measures with the players accepting substantial pay cuts and we are very grateful for their efforts in reaching that point.

Sadly this evening we have been unable to reach agreement on the personal conditions sought by the advisors to the players in respect of those wage cuts.

There is still some hope these issues can be resolved first thing in the morning but it is extremely disappointing we haven't been able to get there tonight."
