caseyjones 0 Posted May 9, 2012 Share Posted May 9, 2012 I don't think that there's time for a CVA before the end of the season, at which point the players wages revert to their original levels and the administrators will need to get rid of players and staff, not forgetting about the fact that some players can apparently walk at that stage as well. I'd say majority of fans were happy to hear him out - more so given there was no other option. Miller could have alleviated any fan concerns at any point and chose not to. How many fans would renew as it stands? Not many and certainly not enough to input the kind of finance the club needs to retain staff and full operations. We're speaking about 25 individuals here and by the sound of some, these chaps only wait for a newco to happen by to jump ship. That won't be the case with all players ... As difficult as it will be, it is beyond bizarre these cuts weren't made months ago. However, I'm merely stating the point that although we have have time per se, there are a variety of other problems associated with using that time.
