amms 0 Posted June 27, 2012 Share Posted June 27, 2012 I'm trying to take a deep breath here, seeing if there is another, good reason for doing this. For example if we lurched back into administration would having the grounds under a separate company protect them from creditors? Is it a strategic move by Green to protect assets from something as yet unknown. I'm guessing here because the the obvious thought, that Green is hiving off assets simply to make more money from us is quite frightening. He resigned as a director of the Formation Group on 22 February.
