No assumptions needed as HMRC's own rules precluded them from ever accepting one. HMRC said they rejected mainly because they wanted to do a liquidation investigation, so TBK would have needed to offer something very special to make them change their minds on that. TBK are as bad as any fans who won't continue following us if that was the attitude, a CVA was the ideal solution but the club does not die regardless of the company liquidation and the chance was there to agree to purchase the assets if a CVA failed. 0 Quote Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
