Has a proper dig at the SPL saying Scotland havent qualified for a tournament since they took over. Really like Green, seems very sensible. Just because he didnt come out all guns blazing some had a doubt, but he has acted professionally with common sense and with no blinkers on. Cream rises to the top and he has more dignity in his hand than Doncaster and Regan have together. Yesterday was the start of a new good era for Rangers and the next chapter.
