Daily Record: Read the secret dossier...

Recommended Posts

Are we to believe the people with top jobs at the SFA are predominately 'bitter' Catholics taking into consideration Scotland as a whole is predominately Protestant?

Are we to believe there is an agenda by 'bitter' Catholics against Protestants (Rangers FC) in this little country of ours?

Is this what is going on?

Are we to believe that the law of the land has allowed Catholics to hate Protestants and their hate has took it to this unprecedented level?

I know it's only football, but why are people in possession of top football jobs hell bent on destroying Protestant Rangers?

It's war unless some c*nt gets a grip.

Rant over

It's what you get after years of ineptitude and apathy by all things Protestant.

I saw a picture of a banner displayed this week all over the daily rags depicting man 'degenerating' into ape with a Rangers scarf on, all very funny but also on the banner displayed by sick dangerous fanatics at Celtic Park, home of Celtic FC was an IRA gunman shooting a cartoon figure, the figure was a Rangers supporter (Protestant). All those in power at the piggery declined to speak about it.

I love Scotland and I'm proud of my roots, but the creepy shit murderous bile from over the Irish Sea are getting closer and closer and nothing is being done about it.

Another rant over.

SPL plotted League Cup raid on beleaguered Rangers

CHIEFS planned to strip Gers of five League Cup titles in original plans to punish the club for the use of EBTs.

League Cup titles such as 2010/11's could have been snatched from Gers by SPL supremos League Cup titles such as 2010/11's could have been snatched from Gers by SPL supremos

RANGERS were going to be stripped of FIVE League Cups in the original draft document set up by the SPL to punish the club for the controversial use of EBTs.

MailSport can reveal the Hampden bosses who wanted Rangers to accept the loss of five league titles and four Scottish Cups had also planned to take away five League Cup victories in return for granting the club a place in the First Division.

But itâ??s understood the stripping of those League Cups was taken off the list of punishments after the SFL refused to enter into such a plea bargain because the Ibrox outfit had not yet been found guilty of wrongdoing over the use of EBTs

Ibrox chief executive Charles Green steadfastly refused to accept any EBT sanctions in return for newco Gers getting the chance to be parachuted into Division One.

And that move never came about anyway as SFL sides instead voted for Greenâ??s club to start again in the Third Division.

Our sister paper the Daily Record revealed two months ago that Hampden chiefs were planning to strip Gers of the titles and Scottish Cups won in the EBT years.

But the original package of punishments also included the League Cups and would have amounted to Rangers losing 14 honours.

Had the SFL ratified the punishment, Rangers would have been forced to agree to: â??The withdrawal from

Rangers FC, RFC and Sevco of the award and status of winner of the League Cup for each of seasons 2001/02, 2002/03, 2004/05, 2007/08, 2009/10 and 2010/11.

Lord Nimmo Smith has been appointed by the SPL to chair an independent commission into Rangersâ?? use of EBTs and the hearing will begin on November 13.

Green is facing an SFA charge of bringing the game into disrepute after claiming the commission had decided on the punishments before the case was heard.

And many fans may now be convinced that Green had a point when he said the stripping of honours had been on the SPLâ??s agenda since June.

The press are now starting to run with the story. surely the pressure will mount for resignations.

54andcounting,

There's a hell of a lot of Rangers haters in Scottish football who don't care much about religion, so it's not purely about that. There's tens of thousands of Scottish football fans who only hate our club because of our success and domination of the game. Those people hate Rangers because we keep winning silverware while their club doesn't and that's got absolutely nothing to do with religion.

Yup, I think bitterness about football is much more of a factor than bitterness about religion. Non-Rangers fans and press alike have been prepared to turn a blind eye to the injustice of this because they find "Perennial Champions found guilty of financial doping" a much more satisfying headline than, "Perennial Champions victims of plot to destroy dominance".

What the SPL / SFA have done here is so incredibly stupid, I don't see how they can defend it. They declared a desired result for their investigation before the outset. The whole thing is prejudiced.

Sad thing is I don't see them in need to defend that. The only ones asking serious questions about it are Rangers supporters and we all know how urgent they are to answer to us.

Scary thing about this is I'm not even remotely shocked by it, which just shows how far the SFA/SPL have fell pushed on by blind hatred whether its about jealousy or religion it's still hatred. But I doubt that anyone will resign because the rest of the country want to see us hammered so we are the only people calling for heads to roll.

Yes I have a feeling this will add fuel to the fire with certain other fans. I'm astonished the SFA believed they could do this to us. I'm glad that whatever else he is, Charles Green is on top of this and is keeping the story out there with his comments.

There is a like resentment in Germany for all things Bayern Munich. The latter's motto is "Mia sam mia" (Bavarian German: "We are we" ... and don't care about the rest) and nigh all non Bayern-fans would have voted exactly as the Scottish ones did had Bayern been in our position. I know that the religious "clock" in Scotland beats differently, but do not forget the simple football supporters rivalry. IMHO it generally runs far deeper than any religious one, at least with all non-Glasgow teams.
