Â We need a tradesman manager. McInnes has never been on my wanted list but if he succeeds at Aberdeen he might turn out to be just the man. I would be drooling at the thought of him passing on some of those sublime skills to the youngsters. There is no way that we should ever appoint a manager who will serve his apprenticeship at Rangers. A foreign coach to take the youth department by the horns and red out a lot of the coaches and show young players the proper way to play and train.
