RST, Union Bears and RSA Statement

And what about the assets?

All well if they remain with the Club.

But if not?

As i understand it, the administrators job is to find a buyer for the business as it stands, if possible, and only if that's not possible, to start selling stuff off to pay creditors. Now that the HMRC witch hunt has been laid to rest, there would be no shortage of buyers for the whole thing, because any bid which included Walter would be certain to get the fans back.

Another administration would be an unmitigated disaster for the Club and would leave fans with even less say in the fate of the Club than they have at the moment.

It's right that the Board should be made to realise that our support is not happy at the current state of affairs and that by purchasing individual match tickets rather than Season books, we can make it difficult for them to take us for granted, but anyone advocating that we starve the Club into another admin scenario to force a change of ownership / control should reflect very carefully on the potential consequences first.

surely removing assets before admin is illegal.

Not sure. I'm still also not sure if the Club owns them, or if it's a company we've not heard of yet.

We're mixed up with some people who very much put money ahead of Rangers, morals, you and I.

Do all three agree with both Statements?

Good question but I would think not as we have two separate statements. Cannot think why the RST sent out an email to members with both statements, UB should be left to their own devices imo.

I am afraid I am with the "What a lot of Nonsense" people. We will follow Walter whether he is right or wrong just doesn't cut it with me. A typical statement for a 5 year old.
