Good point. Kinda pointless taking this team into Europe at the moment. Two or three humpings will hardly be good for moral. Besides, we seem to be struggling to get one years accounts out in the open, nevermind three. Getting into a position to be competitive in the top league should be our only priority at the moment. Also, if such a situation did arise I wouldn't hold much hope that the SFA would be in the least bit co-operative. We have to judge the SFA on their treatment of us to date therefore all I could see them doing is putting obstacles in our way. Partly. It was definitely mooted at one point that losing finalists would not qualify; but not implemented; therefore Hibs qualified for Europe this season as losing cup finalists.
