Companies House seeks clarity over Sevco Scotland return

Recommended Posts

Has that not been the case since day 1 of this new regime? We certainly had no overdraft facility, Imrans maws aside.

No, Rangers had a 70-odd rating on my Credit rating site last week, 100 being excellent - 0 being rubbish. It doesn't actually count for anything what your Company rating is, it's just a gauge for suppliers to measure risks, but when your rating has been suspended, it's more of an indication of a failing to follow Company legislation. Again, it's easily fixed, just file a proper Return, but in the tangled web off Rangers boardroom woes, it could be an indication that someone is hiding something.

Ah ok. A rating in the 70's doesn't seem too bad, all things considered. It seems high enough to gain some type of bank overdraft facility also, you would think. Who knows.

Anybody want to take five minutes and explain what it all means?

It would reveal who owned what, what they paid and the subsequent change in shareholdings and shareholders as new "investment" came in.

A cynical mind might think somebody is trying to hide something.

I think it was listed as a subsidiary in the half year accounts.

Sevco 5088 appears just once, not as a subsidiary: Interim Results. Same with the prospectus.

Company Check says that Rangers International Football Club plc has no group structure and says not much about subsidiaries either. Either they don't know or there is none.
