Laxey now own 11.64% of RIFC voting rights

Could this be Laxey buying Greens shares?

I'm sure i read somewhere the other day Laxey had 4.9% or something similar and it didn't include the Green shares yet

Green's shares are available from December 13th or the like. And unless I am mistaken, Laxey get some of those shares, while Sandy Easdale will get the bulk?

Green broke his lock-in agreement and 'officially' dumped his shares to below the 3% 'notifiable interest' level at the same time as the change of NOMAD to Daniel Stewart, as both were announced on 1 October. See the multiple 1 October announcements here - http://www.lse.co.uk/share-regulatory-news.asp?shareprice=RFC&share=rangers_int

As for Laxey, the last notice of their shareholding was only a week ago stating that as of 27 September, Laxey held 4,250,000 shares (6.53%)

So.... Given that it was announced 7 weeks ago that Green no longer held 3% or more, then it can't legally be Green's shares which were bought today since it was a large block well over the 3% threshold.

As for who did sell such a large block today, it's as someone else already said in the thread and almost certain to be Artemis, Hargreave, Laxey or Blue Pitch, but we do already know that both Artemis and Laxey have been buying up shares to increase their holdings.

I'm going to brace myself and prepare for the worst possible news on this one, so that I don't end up shocked if the news isn't what I'd like to hear.
