I think the conduct and behaviour by the requisitoners has made that difficult bossy - and I appreciate you think it is not constructive to mention Leggat - but its hard to discount when its being promoted so strongly by the requisitoners.

I spoken to and read quite a few bears who were swayed not by the board' date=' who they eventually sided with, but by the conduct and behaviour of some of the requisitioners. Even on here, which I would class as a fairly level headed forum - many of the accusations against the board are unsubstantiated and little more than smear.

What is really interesting is that on Do The Bouncy they appear capable of discussing the boardroom without insults or falling out with each other - nor does boardroom discussion dominate their forums as it does others.[/quote']

Supporting the board because they don't like the requisioners? That's a really poor reason. Bringing Leggat into it is as well. Are we really taking Leggat into account when we decide whether the current board have done a reasonable job? Have we sunk that low? It's not an either/or, or at least it shouldn't be.

As for the many unsubstantiated accusations, what are they? I don't recall too many. In addition there are accusations that CAN be substantiated, but posters are unwilling to do so for legal or other reasons.

If I may be so bold D'Art, both yourself and Frankie have consistently been fence-sitters critical of both sides throughout a lot of this debacle, and while I completely respect that of both of you, it's not for me because it simply can't be. I was against Green from the first moment I heard him open his mouth and start telling lies at his first presser and I've been critical of his regime, cronies and cohorts throughout. I've been critical of the requisitioners when I thought it was necessary, but it would be hypocritical of me to jump on the fence and start throwing stones in two opposite directions.

Regarding "the lies and inaccuracies contained in some of those blogs" and any damage that may have been caused, I really think we have bigger fish to fry at the moment mate. The Club comes first, not all this he said, she said, he did, she did bickering. The Club is a shambles and it needs sorted pronto, that's the priority. Once the Club is on the right track, then hopefully the fans can start to reconcile differences and heal wounds, but I won't hold my breath because certain factions of fans have been at each others throats for many years, since long before the Club's darkest hours of the past couple of years.

I think the point being missed Zap is neither Frankie or I have adopted that position through choice - but because we have not been convinced by either sides arguments.

Like yourself I was against Green early doors and took considerable criticism for articles which were less than favourable to him but thats life - Ive learned an incredibly thick skin is required if you put yourself up as a blogger. Sometimes you call it right sometimes you cal it wrong.

What I have learned from this latest episode of fence sitting is that both sides have been capable of unedifying behaviour not worthy of our club, and that either side will engage in desperate measures if they feel it will further their cause. However, I have been particularly impressed with Jim McColl throughout this whole affair, both his manner, his conduct and the statements he has made. I personally know member's of Jim McColl's family and know he is genuine in his love and concern for the club - despite some of the nonsense which has been printed.

But JM has stated the new appointees should be given a chance and speaks very highly of Graham Wallace. He would also appear to respect the judgement of Colin Kingsnorth who of course has pledged support for the current board.

So for those reasons Im going to continue with my status quo - rather than start shouting for the removal of people based on rumour, innuendo or deliberate smear.

I hope however come to 2015, freed from his current obligations, JM will seek to involve himself with our club again in some capacity.

You may call it poor Bluedell but its been well documented in politics that negative campaigning turns people off those engaging in such.

Whilst you obviously dont consider Leggat worthy of mention (which in itself tells its own story) - plenty of the requistioners supporters do - there has been considerable promotion of his blogs by their supporters. Some of the claims he has made in those blogs have been outrageous as well as false. For people who realise at some point they will have to jump off the fence to cast their vote - seeing a faction promoting such material reeks of desperation.

I honestly think the promotion of his blogs by the requisitioners supporters have done them far more harm than good.

I sometimes feel I am living in a parallel universe.

Stockbridge, Easdales, Somers are the men to drive Rangers forward, intelligent Supporters are happy with this?? The Murrays, Murdoch and Wilson may not inspire us, but I would trust them to look at the Deals and Contracts that have been signed in the last 2 years.

TRS - David Somers - Making a Statement

Chris Graham

I'll admit to being initially uneasy about the appointment of David Somers. It appeared a rushed decision; there was very little clarity on why he had been appointed, by whom and what the process was for his recruitment. However, until his 'open letter' today I was genuinely willing to give him a chance. We have seen several appallingly constructed, misleading, aggressive, embarrassing and amateurish statements issued in the name of the board since Jack Irvine was once again handed the PR reigns at Rangers but today's was perhaps as demoralising as they come.

to be honest, I've had a good drink.

I'm beyond caring. A few cunts come in, a few cunts leave.

They will all make a profit, we will all follow on. We will all follow on watching absolutely dire 'football' and the cycle will continue.

I will not be back to Ibrox until the footall resembles something watchable but I'm sure the die hards will follow on with the shite that is served up

I'm glad all the season ticket holders are not like you otherwise we may not have a team/club to support!,but then again it wouldn't bother you as we are so pish!.
