I find it bizarre that people are quick to blame Stockbridge for everything I have always got the impression he just does what he is told.

Haha, some of the views I sometimes see our fans express are outright bizarre and serve as a further reminder why I don't want much fan participation in running the club.

i think our club has to be run by fans. or they simply will not do whats right for us to win.

Fan ownership would kill us off for good. Jesus, look at the fighting just now and we have next to no power, imagine what it would be like if we actually called the shots. It would be embarrassing. Even worse than it is now.

I think a couple of people here are being pedantic and somewhat facetious.

 

My original point Is far from bizarre but a matter of fact.

 

Our problems do not solely lie with Stockbridge but instead with the

men who are behind his actions.

isn't Jim McColl a fan first and a shareholder (however many shares he holds) second, he's the kind of fan I want on the club board.

Fan ownership is the answer - it was always the answer. We are where we are because the club is not protected. It is available on the open market. It's no use complaining that the wrong people are in charge when we consistently do little or nothing to make sure the club is in safe and secure hands.

 

Of course we will disagree on things - and so we should - but when every member of the club has a vote on who the club's president will be, we will finally be in a position to shape our own destiny.

 

Right now, we are lost at sea and easy prey for pirates. It doesn't need to be like this.
