the board are all well off so why don't the forgo wages , expenses , and bonuses until the club are back in the premier division that way they may win over some of the fans I wont hold my breath .

oh and I almost forgot a special thanks to the lads who kept us up to date on the a g m with their posting .

Releasing Hutton, Perry, Cribari and Hegarty would save us £1m per year. 4 passengers who won't be missed.

 

Wallace and McCulloch together would save us just over £1m per year too. 2 key players but not really needed for this level or the next and after that one will be done anyway.

 

Then there is the annual £10m NON PLAYING STAFF WAGE BILL, which must and i stress must, be cut.

 

The managers salary of £833k which needs at least halved will save us around £416k per year.

 

There are costs which can be cut everywhere without heavily affecting the first team.

There is also going to be the cost of the " new scouting system, and player development " to take into account.

 

There is no point hiring just for the sake of hiring. If we are to start a scouting network, it has be of a certain quality. Someone with experience in the field and a proven track record. That Rangers fan Celtic have is pretty good, go get him! If we are going to do it, do it right!

Next to none of these players will be any use to us in the top tier. As for staff, i can't see many if any being paid off tbh.

 

we will need players of this quality to win the first. more or less.

 

we should have cut costs to the bone in div3 and then built them slowly.

 

instead of costs of 19 million last year we should have had costs of 5million and 14 million in the bank.

 

 

now we need another 14 million in investment instead.
