Maybe youse would have preferred him to walk away as well?

No argument that he's past his best and replacing him would be a good move, but a bit of respect for someone who stuck by us.

It's difficult to respect anyone that steals a wage off us that high. It was more a case of the club sticking by him, than vice versa. His new contract was the worse piece of business we've ever done, and that's saying something.

IF you signed up to have your 2014/15 season ticket automatically renewed at the point of renewal last season then we will have sent you a Season Ticket Confirmation in the post to detail your plan.

Supporters who have chosen to auto renew their season ticket in four monthly instalments should note that the Club will take the following payments for your 2014/15 season ticket renewal:

1st instalment – from Wednesday 30 April (including £10 fee)

2nd instalment –from Friday 30 May

3rd instalment – from Monday 30 June

4th instalment – from Thursday 31 July

We are replacing the Club’s four month instalment option with an alternative Zebra Finance payment plan which also has the option of either four or 10 month instalments however it is with Zebra Finance not the Club itself.

There seems to be a contradiction here.

Perhaps it means that those who are already on the pay the club direct scheme will stay that way but new ones will have to go on the Zebra scheme. TBH I didn't see how they could auto renew someone on to a different scheme from that which applied last year.

So I don't have any issue with how they are administering this, except that the instalments commence a month earlier than usual but that's hardly a surprise in the circumstances.
