I'd imagine that the 2 Vindex companies and MMS have resigned as directors and it is only King and Gough who are currently directors.

I also presume that King is sole shareholder and there are no links to any trust, if such a thing actually exists, so basically the directors of the club are being asked to grant security to a company that is wholly owned by Dave King.

If I was a director of Rangers I couldn't agree to sanction that, as it currently stands.

I would think that MMS will remain as the Company Secretary but I am sure you are correct about the two Vindex companies which are only vehicles although they are still listed at the moment.

There is no way that the Board of Rangers will grant security to a company owned by Mr King unless Kamehameha the Great and his merry men are standing there with their long spears ready to push them off the Pali's cliff.

And the fans are being or will be asked to give their money to Mr King in return for what exactly?

Amazes me that people who do not support the withholding of ST monies & the setting up of a ST Trust are so concerned about the intricacies of such a ST Trust.

Why would that amaze you, Mr Bearger?

As a Rangers fan surely I and others are entitled to be concerned about the vehicle (so far a limited company not a trust) that Mr King intends to use to park fans ST monies and the use he intends to make of such monies?
