I also presume that King is sole shareholder and there are no links to any trust, if such a thing actually exists, so basically the directors of the club are being asked to grant security to a company that is wholly owned by Dave King. If I was a director of Rangers I couldn't agree to sanction that, as it currently stands. I would think that MMS will remain as the Company Secretary but I am sure you are correct about the two Vindex companies which are only vehicles although they are still listed at the moment. There is no way that the Board of Rangers will grant security to a company owned by Mr King unless Kamehameha the Great and his merry men are standing there with their long spears ready to push them off the Pali's cliff. Why would that amaze you, Mr Bearger?
