It was only when they had made the decision to give the money to the RST that I became involved. I could be wrong, I had a fair drink in me. The site does make it sound as though you should receive an individual delivery date estimate when ordering. However, I ordered last night and haven't seen anything so far. 28 days is mentioned under lost goods in the T&Cs. For a fan led initiative, I'm impressed with just how professional everything seems, so I'm happy to cut them some slack as long as the end product is good quality and gets to me in a reasonable timescale.
