Hard to believe the club only make £1 per shirt. Recently i read Celtic made between £2.5m and £3.5m profit from merchandising, they sell around a quarter of a million jerseys a year, are we to believe they sell so much more other merchandise to make up that huge profit? Shirts are normally a clubs best seller, no?

Celtc didn't have Ahmed as commercial director

How long are these tops meant to take for delivery? I ordered mine a week ago.

Bothwell Bear on FF says it takes 28 days. If I'm reading it right the production starts when you order one.

I would have thought that made to order individually would be the most expensive way to get them manufactured, is it not?

Possibly produced in batches.

ie. once a certain number is reached the order to produce is made.

With so many being ordered it may mean delivery times are reduced.

On the other hand, I may be talking bunkum and balderdash.

I'm guessing dude based on what I've read. No idea other than it's 28 days.

Having had some involvement with this, the hold up is with Nike - stock levels for this shirt were low and they won't be able to supply them until the beginning of June.
