Good article, but the one from last week (was it from the Herald?) which stipulated that Lennon was/is a very sick man and that Celtic were culpable for recruiting him as such was a excellent nail on the head moment.

I think the amount of baking soda in the parcel represented a danger to cleaning Lennon's teeth.

I would never condone threats, but the whole thing seemed to be blown out of proportion and misrepresented in the Scottish media and also by an element in the police force and legal system.

The farcical nature of the whole episode was highlighted perfectly a week later by the ludicrous Postman Pat incident.

He brings it all on himself and the sympathy he receives is sickening. If he didn't act like a cantankerous delinquent nobody would pay him any attention.

Lennon's and Celtic FC open support for Irish republicanism and acceptance of IRA militants within their club, is always going to cause controversy in Scotland.

it is quite unbelievable that the authorities in this country continue to do little to stop this vile club and its support in these actions.

What class he had on a field.

To think of him causing a referees strike and claiming every time his team got beat that they were cheated!, he is the ultimate cheat and coward.
