They also said back then that sad Bill was the first of many. They haven't moved forward one bit in their 'pursuit'. Also the man in question is plankton in the HMRC food chain. He doesn't even access any HMRC records. Delivery Manager? Ensures envelopes get to the post room. I [kind of] know the guy and he is just a sad vicThim with a massive chip on his shoulder. Nothing more - nothing less. Sorry VB but very poor show - showing repeats from 2 years ago. This is a MILLION miles from the people in very high positions (that you could probably count on a couple of hands) who would access such confidential information. Also every access to every record in HMRC has 6 years of traceability back to the individuals who accessed it and when. A number of HMRC employees have been sacked in recent years for accessing unauthorised records, even when it was their own family - such are the levels of traceability these days.
