Because if we have no money to sign players where are they coming from, how many are out of contract? If the players we have signed on frees are no good for the Premier League and they are out of contract, we will need money for transfer fees for better players. There are always quality players up for grabs every summer for nothing. We have had some cracking bosmans through the years. Prso and Hemdani spring to mind. We don't have to spend millions on fees. We don't have to spend millions at all, just sign the right players.
