if ashley wants to match that money going into the club then fair enough but if not we must force this through as fans.

we desperately need the cash to move forwards.

it's that simple.

Mike Ashley would only ever loan Rangers money. Or maybe he would write it off if we signed over the club badge or some other asset.

Do we agree that any Ashley money will be in the form of a loan?

No doubts here.

I have read elsewhere, from someone who claims to be a businessman, that Ashley went into Newcastle and cleared their debt. All it takes is a little research to see just how wrong that is.

it's easy to see why ashley is panicking now.

honest people want the club. not something the ****s can afford to happen.

Gunslinger, you are a good lad and a valuable poster, but repeating on various threads that Ashley is "panicking" over one of the smallest financial concern in his vast empire will never make it true. Nothing that happens at Rangers will ever affect his bottom line .He has an "interest" at best - not a concern far less a panic will ever crease his brow regarding us. We barely register to him financially and we don't register at all in any other way

Of course he is. It's worth millions to him a year. We used to earn 4.8 million a year from commercial sales.

If you think 4.8 million doesn't register your nuts.

The money is immaterial to him - he wants to win. He is a professional gambler who takes punts on businesses in the same way an ordinary bloke would have a flutter on the dogs.

1) Yes I just called you a good lad. I must be nuts

2) when you are worth 4 billion and have gambles going o with Tesco's share price then 4,8 million doesn't register that much, especially when you are already in control of a significant proportion of that.

Race you to the nut-house, fruitcake. He's not gambling for 4.8 million and even if he were = chickenfeed

No one ever became a billionaire by ignoring 5 million.
