Club Statement RE: BBC Bans

Recommended Posts

I have to say i'm a wee bit disappointed here, if BBC CFC did indeed blink first? Then why didn't the club not demand from a position of strength, that McLaughlin be kept away from Ibrox and reporting in general on Rangers games. That would have been a clear unambiguous statement from the club that biased agenda driven reporting will not be tolerated.

As it stands nothing has changed as yet, McLaughlin has had his press privileges restored and it's business as usual, covert promises from the BBC CFC about their future behaviour is merely window dressing. In any battle there are casualties, McLaughlin should have been the BBC's casualty as a consequence of their imbalance and bias reporting on our club.

McLaughlin once again this morning on live radio insisted the club is in liquidation. Clearly this goes against accuracy guidelines when we consider LNS's ruling.

Should the club react to this pettiness?

it should never have backed down in the first place and as people predicted not 2 days ago , nothing will change and it hasn't.
