Uefa demands upgrades????

According to my brother who was listening to the radio, says that uefa have told rangers to upgrade their stadium by 10,000 seats, the they want the screens gone.

Id say thats absolute horse-radish! How can a 5 star stadium come under fire!!

 

But TBH id rather see the screens go and replaced with seats. Id rather see fans in than the TVs.

 

Also move the away fans back to the Broomie to get the atmosphere back

5 * stadia and they want us to up the seating by 10,000.... why? Scotland does not have the populis to have this done. Yes there is the fans base, but TBH you would be miles away from the action - I have been to the Nou camp and fook me if you are short sighted in anyway take bino's with you.

The only way UEFA could demand that,was if Rangers want to house an Euro cup final or if Scotland want the Euro finals. I would imagine they were talking about that.

Thing is though, we are fully compatable for a Major Final as we are. We hold more than Hamdump but they got the CL Final a few years back.

Utter nonsense.

 

UEFA cannot demand Rangers do anything with their stadium. For one thing it is already a 5* stadium and for another who'd pay for the alternations and 10,000 seats - we certainly can't afford it.
