"Integrity" makes a comeback.

The other point is what if all the tax is paid.

This is the point everyone is missing.

BDO do not seem to think the tax liability is anywhere near the figures quoted in the mhedia.

Tax wasn't paid at the time because during the time the EBT's were used no one paid tax as it was a tax avoidance scheme.

No, every sane person knows fine well Rangers cheated, the papers and tv media outlets are banging their heads trying to get this point across. Christ! The model club who can do no wrong and are ambassadors of Scottish football with an impeccable history and are currently the Champions of Scotland have reluctantly thrown themselves into the mix to make it obvious Rangers did in fact cheat. So it is very simple...Rangers cheated! If you listen to those above.

It really is so pathetic & sad!,the media in this wee shit hole of a country should be ashamed of themselves, although we all know they won't bat an eye lid,if Rangers cheated then I'm sure the majority of Rangers fans would be slating the club, however the people who are crying cheats are the real cheats!.

"THE SPL have revealed they decided not to investigate Celtic’s EBT payment to Juninho because the Brazilian didn’t receive his cash until AFTER he’d left Glasgow.

While an independent commission has been set up to study Rangers’ EBT payments, the SPL itself ruled that the Parkhead club ‘had no case to answer’ regarding Juninho’s contract in 2004.nd Record Sport can reveal the SPL believe it’s the fact Juninho wasn’t paid until after his Celtic exit – while Gers stars picked up EBTs while playing at Ibrox – that is the key difference in the cases.

An SPL source said: “It’s a simple process of matching it up to our rule book.

“In the case of Celtic’s EBT for Juninho he wasn’t paid while he was kicking a ball for Celtic. He received payment after he’d finished playing for the club.”

Record Sport understands the reason Rangers have a case to answer is that their players were being paid via EBTs while they were still playing in the SPL.

The inquiry set up by the SPL into the EBT schemes used by Rangers between 2001 and 2010 is headed by Lord Nimmo Smith.has set a hearing date of November 13 with an outcome expected by November 21. If found guilty of breaching SPL rules the Ibrox club could be stripped of league titles.

New Rangers owner Charles Green has refused to take any part in the inquiry and called it a “Mickey Mouse event”.

He insists all Rangers’ EBTs were disclosed in the oldco club’s annual accounts.

Gers fans were outraged on Wednesday when the SPL said Celtic were in the clear over Juninho while the Ibrox club were still in the dock.

Juninho received his EBT payment in 2005 and the money was declared in the club’s annual accounts – but not to the SFA or SPL.

In 2008, after becoming aware there was a potential tax liability related to EBTs, Celtic reached an agreement to pay a sum to HMRC. "

The SPL didn't even hold an enquiry into Juninho's contract. Maybe they figured that Celtic just decided to hand him a bundle of money via an EBT out of the goodness of their hearts ?

The brazen unashamed mighty club who are running away with title after title in our absence are a disgrace to the game itself. What other clubs outside Scotland think of them is anyone's guess, maybe they couldn't care but some MUST have an opinion on their behaviour and the way things have panned out over these past years.

Talk about football rivalry? The rivalry in Scotland is completely different when it comes to this. You'de think some other country's media would question what's going on here in the 21st Century and why no-one in authority is stamping it out. Bigotry is showing it's face to the world here in Scotland and no-one seems to care.

Scotland are only a dot on the map as far as F.I.F.A. and U.E.F.A. and will have no interest in the situation and with all the corruption going on within them cannot be trusted to intervene.

The F.A. down south are sh****g their pants in case it filters to their clubs in some manner e.g. banks calling in debts then watch the domino tumbling effect.

So what is a small case in most peoples eyes could have wide ranging chaos.

Anyway back to the integrity claims by C****c a club who hounded another opponent out of Europe for a mistake of a few minutes how petty they are.

Sorry but you talk some pish mate. Doesn't engage with me at all. You mention FIFA, EUFA and the FA without bothering to question those in charge of the game HERE! Notably the Scum Run SFA and SPFL!
