SteveC 150 Posted February 1, 2017 Share Posted February 1, 2017 I think MW has to go. We need a manager who is also a tactician and can adapt to how teams set up. We're far too predictable and the glaring problems at the back, which were noted last season have not even attempted to be solved. MW has taken us as far as he can and he's not getting the best out of these players. Who comes in though? We are so far behind the timz and they have so much more money that it's not an attractive proposition to anyone good. Massively underperforming and MW is not getting anything out of them. I wanted McCall to stay and would take him tomorrow. We need a tactician, not a guy who thinks if he just does it his way it will be ok! That said 3 out of the 4 hearts goals were appalling errors. No team wins games if you don't do the basics right. And I'm sorry to disappoint the Kenny Miller fan club but we need someone with a strong physical presence up front. Absolutely no player comes out of the game with any credit while the manager has to take his fair share of the blame as well for being completely unable to turn things around tactically. Soundbites about learning just won't cut it.
