I worry more about increasing policing costs and how their footprint is continually being extended from the stadium outwards. It's no wonder tickets increase in price with clubs having to pay a small fortune to police games. Surely the police costs are in the and directly around the stadium. You can't just tack on any old rubbish to a Listed Building, thankfully, and the additions to create the Club Deck were subject to Planning Consent, themselves.
