Gaffer 1,665 Posted September 23, 2017 Share Posted September 23, 2017 I am old school as far as I an concerned he should bee here for what would have been his first experience of an auld firm game supporting our club.Possibly more alarming is that we seem unable to treat the players injury here at home,an injury which according to people who saw him check in for Madrid yesterday attired in skinny jeans was not apparent. Like I said strange decision in my opinion. Don't you think the priority for him is to get back to full fitness? That's got to be more important than him watching the game at the stadium. He has an obligation to get himself back to being available for selection as quickly and safely as possible. As for players seeking their own specialists, that's always been the case and quite right. A player should be allowed a degree of freedom of choice in determining who should deal with an injury. We will still get some chances on the break and at set pieces, we just need everything to fall our way, which we are certainly due to happen for us for a change.Yeh, let's park the bus for 90 mins at home against a team unbeaten domestically lets just say for a while.In case you hadn't noticed defending isn't our strong point. We couldn't park the bus for 10 mins against Patrick thistle. To think you call people idiots then post this makes me chuckle tho.
