Can anyone answer this....

 

Compliance officer issues a notice of complaint to PC, which includes a one match ban - This is then accepted & served.

Alleged Party in Breach: Pedro Caixinha, Manager, Rangers FC

Match: Rangers FC v Motherwell FC on 24 October 2017

Competition: Betfred Cup Semi Final Cup

 

Disciplinary Rule allegedly breached: Disciplinary Rule 202 – No member of team staff shall commit Misconduct at a match

 

Principal hearing date: Thursday 9 November 2017

 

The Compliance Officer offers a Fixed Suspension of a 1 (one) match suspension.

 

Response date: Friday 27 October 2017

 

Outcome: Accepted offer of 1 match Fixed Suspension

I assume it's competition related.

 

If that's the case wouldn't Pedro be banned for the next league cup game ?

 

They got banished to the stand in the same game and same competition, so surely dealing with them should be done simultaneously ??

You'd think so but there certainly seems to be no consistency in the system so who the hell knows.

I would assume that PC and Rangers acepted the ban straight away, while Motherwell went along hearing route, without actually disputing the charge. I would thus assume that Robinson gets his ban eventually.

 

Wonder whether we'll appeal Jack's red card.
