That fact is that they did get a wrongly awarded penalty & they scored.  We then struggled to stay in the game & only managed to scrape an equaliser.  We are better than that....we shouldn't be resorting to blaming the ref for our results (except for the hibs game at the start of the season.)

Last night the ref was seriously inconsistent to both teams & clearly had a shocker of a game, but ultimately WE lost ourselves 2 points.  You can't blame the ref for our teams total collapse following the penalty - all that did was highlight our teams mental fragility.

I understand what you are saying, but even with our collapse, we didn’t concede! We went on to score 1. The difference between 0-1 and 1-1 was a non-penalty.

'Collapse' is a huge overstatement in any case.

Welcome and you are correct, collapse means no way back.

Thanks for the welcome; although I thought I was a member before but my email addy wasn't recognised.

Obviously they did get on top of us after the penalty debacle  but  they created very little. I remember them hitting the bar with a long range shot (that JA should have saved).  The first real chance of the game was Morelos' header and we looked the more likely to win it for most of the second half.  We reacted poorly to going a goal behind but we didn't collapse.
