The incident occurred during Hearts' 1-0 win over Celtic. If Brown is cited the Celtic midfielder could miss the first Old Firm derby of the season on September 2. The fact he's not been banned for a few games is utterly ridiculous and is yet another example of how corrupt the system is. Why isn't this being discussed by the media? The review took place this afternoon and the conclusion is no action to be taken against Brown, or Naismith for his altercation with Jonny Hayes.
