Give the poor man a break, it's not his fault. He's just another victim of unfortunate genes and a cultural environment that sees little merit in achievement.

 

Or, to put it in a more general context, it has long been known that intelligence is normally distributed across a population, by definition meaning 50% of the population is above average intelligence and 50% is below average. Sadly, it's clear Humza Yousaf is nowhere near average. As the chart shows, Humza has sufficient mental capacity to breathe on his own, stand upright and wipe his own arse but beyond these basic abilities he relies on continual guidance and his own stupidity to get through the day. Perfect SNP leadership material actually.
