It's strange signing as by all accounts Stewart didn't do all that well their last season. Maybe Aberdeen just want to weaken Kilmarnock in case they pip them to third...

Yes but I think Stewart has proved that McInnes was at fault for that. I player like Stewart will look far better in one system

than another and Clarke has shown McInnes how and where to get the best out of him. And yes it helps that they’ve taken the best player of the team one position above them. Gutted for Killie. They were on course to finish above Aberdeen.

Haven't a scooby what we are paying Defoe but given the media seem to have oscillated between 85K and now a 130K regards his wage at Bournemouth, I'd take anything they said with a mountain of salt.

 

The fact that Bournemouth have two recall options during the 18 month loan doesn't seem to align with this latest rumour.

 

Had we had 65K a week to spend on a weekly wage, I'm fairly sure SG&Co would have got more for the money.

It seems the wage quoted for Defoe is totally untrue and we’re probably paying closer to 20-25k.
