elderslieblue 0 Posted May 14, 2007 Share Posted May 14, 2007 One of my first real heroes. I remember we got a doing in the Glasgow Cup Final. Kaj was against Yogi Hughes who ran him ragged. Next week in the Scottish Cup Final, Davy Provan got switched over to the other side the mark Yogi and Kaj went to left back. Despite a draw, big Davy got done over by Yogi. In the replay Kaj got switched back to his normal position and capped a great display by scoring the only goal [the first foreigner to score in a Scottish Cup Final]. I was at the 3 games and remember the delight at that winner. I've heard guys tell stories of hom it was hammered home from 25/30/35 yards......in fact, it was struck from inside the 18 yard box.
