Dundee, Hamilton, Azerbaijan and back again. It is safe to say that when Andy Halliday signed for Rangers back in July 2015, he couldn’t possibly have envisaged the series of trials and tribulations waiting for him over the next three and a half seasons.

Others in past of same ilk but using your additions start thinking of players like Stuart Munro,Sasa Papac.Alex Clelland etc.

It's in games like the old firm that you see the value of those old fashioned qualities. Compare the £15m+ Porto target to Halliday that day and you'd never know one was valued so much more highly than the other.

I sit at the front of Broamloan rearband that block in the second have was awe inspiring! It was goal bound and Halliday just through himself if front of an oncoming rocket with everything he had. Blue blood indeed and typified his performance.
