Other than one or two pieces of slackness from McAuley, a neat and tidy first half from the team.  We've moved the ball well and despite some awful officiating, we've made the most of the chances we've created and been ruthless for a change.

Annoying that we were denied a clear penalty from Thomson and the far side linesman is having a nightmare.

In terms of the formation, I think we started with a 4-3-3 but moved to the diamond after the second goal.

Should be comfortable after half-time and now it's just a case of avoiding complacency and injuries.

The handball for what should have been a pen was as clear as you'll get.  No excuse for the officials.

Blatant.

And the far side linesman, as you say, is having a nightmare.  Incorrectly flagged Defoe offside twice in the space of 90 seconds.

What a finish from Halliday !

Halliday is our 1st choice LB just now, delighted for him and a great finish.

Impressed with our attitude & application from Rangers tonight, my main worry is no injuries to our players.
