Seems daft to do this when it was, for me, all about the team performance yesterday where every player, including the subs, played their part but it will be interesting to see who favours who...

 

I thought Defoe was magnificent, as were Tav and Aribo but I think Roofe just shades it for me.  He was all over the pitch and his movement just impossible for Hamilton to cope with which, in turn, opened up space for others.

I went for Roofe too: 2 goals, and an assist, but his movement was excellent all game.

 

Roofe worked well with Defoe: they were interchanging constantly. 

 

I thought Kent, Arfield and Aribo had good games too. 

 

Tavernier also got 2 goals and an assist, but one was a penalty so that doesn't count! ?

I went with Kent. His running and movement were also superb.

Thought kent was brilliant but could have gone for any of 8 probably.

Would have gone for Jack if he played full ninety minutes in the same way he played first forty five,but was not to be so voted Tav.

As there is no option to vote for all who played their part in a fantastic team performance i singled out Roofe although in all honesty it could easily have been Tav, Kent, Aribo etc....

It was an all round first class display from our team this week it's a team award

Tav for me. He's been outstanding this season. Would have loved him to plant that header in for a hattrick
