Matondo could directly replace him, or Tillman with Lawrence moving left if Matondo isn’t quite ready. Rabbi Matondo of course. He spent almost his entire loan to Circle Brugge playing LW. He should slide in there no problem...plenty of practice. buster. 4,808 Posted August 2, 2022 Share Posted August 2, 2022 Very early in the season but injuries are already becoming a real issue. Goalkeeper, toss a coin. Central defence will probably be Goldson and Sands, relatively new pairing. It will be interesting to see if Ryan Jack starts, this type of game calls for his tactical positional sense. Middle to front will probably be mostly the new lads. Not particularly confident. Injury/fitness wise, the biggest misses are Kent and Morelos but we have a big enough squad to do it without them.
