Nothing to be gained from new investors. They can't put money in we are at the limit of FFP anyway

That's only because we had so many seasons with very low income. The FPP restrictions on Rangers will ease over the next few years as the average income over the assessment period rises. In any case FPP is more relaxed about money invested by significant owners.

Aye because American investors have such a great record of success in the UK , even in the cash rich EPL they can't make it work , god knows the disaster it would be up here .

In that case, where would it be acceptable for investment to come from? The Middle East, SE Asia, Russia, China, Ayrshire?

I suggest to you the issue isn't where the money comes from but the conditions set out in the Sharesale Agreement.

Think our wage bill is a big reason for that. Its too big. Investment may not help us improve on the park but it would help avoid us having to spend all our of cash on building NEH, fixing roofs, training ground maintenance, infrastructure projects etc and invest in the team a bit more.

I expect over the next year FFP wont be as much of an issue due to increased revenue with europe and transfers brought in

FPP is largely a non-issue for Rangers, a distraction, certainly as far as new investment is concerned.

The Family Protection Programme is a non-issue for the club but the new UEFA sustainability regulations (new version of FFP) certainly are an issue.

🤣 It's not an important issue as far as new investment is concerned. Which I think is what I said.

FFP exists to stop major investors throwing cash at clubs.
