I would like to think that these officials all take themselves off social media and dont read papers and listen to phone-ins for the week leading up to a big final like this as only then can they truly believe they can go out and do their job as well as they are able to (which usually isnt great anyway). Sadly I think they will all be lapping it up and looking forward to being the ones in the spotlight.
