Just to add (again), the drumming in the UB section is bloody awful.  They can barely keep time and even if they could, it would still be awful.

 

Unless we're going full flute band, get the drums to f**k and leave that crap to the South Americans (who are quite good at it).

Historically, 4 wins and 3 draws from 8 games against PSV is amazing but that means nothing when we take to the pitch on Tuesday. The only games that have any relevance are last years as many of the players will be playing. Despite our win last year, we are underdogs. We were lucky last year IMO.

After watching Bayern dominate Bremen on Friday and then Phil Foden pull the strings v Newcastle last night, it is even more evident that we making a simple game far too complicated.

Up against a better standard of player though. The margin of quality between Man City / Newcastle and Bayern / Werder is not as big as the quality difference between us and the bottom 10 in the SPFL (imo)

Tuchel and Guardiola are two of the most controlling managers in world football, so your point that 'we [are] making a simple game far too complicated' doesn't match your examples.
