Utter nonsense  - imagine the outcry if he had continued with an injury and was out for a season?

Anyway, he was having a decent game prior to being injured. Why would he "shit it"? If he was going to "shit it" he'd have done it earlier.

More undeserved, over the top and sensationalist, unfounded claptrap just to have a pop at a player.

Aye.

He's a shitebag 🤷

Regardless of who he picks, IMO Beale has to go for it and be positive from the first whistle. Forget the cautious crap and focus on what we can do to them as opposed to what they might do to us. A victory brings two things. It gives our manager and squad a shot in the arm after the CL debacle and it also plants more seeds of doubt in their fans eyes about Rodgers. Celtic will be without CCV for the next 7/8 weeks. He's their best defender by a country mile so we need to exploit any slips during that time.

Butland

Goldson - Souttar - Balogun

Jack

Sima - Raskin - Cantwell - Lawrence

Roofe - Danilo

Press them into their half, shoot from every angle, both wingers track back. Switch to a more common style later on and hit them on the counter.

... and we will get is Plan A.

Butland

Tavernier - Goldson - Souttar - Barisic

Jack/Lundstram - Raskin/Cifuentes

Sima - Cantwell - Matondo/Lammers

Desser

Swap Lawrence with Rabbi, I’d go with that.

I doubt if Roofe is fit enough to play a full game therefore I would start him and ask him to do as much damage as possible in 60/65 minutes. Not sure whether I would start with Matondo. I like the idea of him arriving on the pitch with the game more open and stretched. It's a tough one and I do not envy the task Beale has got on his hands. I just hope he's more pro-active as opposed to reactive.

Much will depend on what reaction we get following Wednesday night’s humiliation.

Players, especially senior players, will have had their own discussions about the game and what went wrong.
They’ll also no doubt be asking themselves if they’ve still got confidence in the manager & his tactics and game plans. Most games this season haven’t been great to watch.

His team selection tomorrow will be crucial. I’d suspect Roofe & Matondo will occupy 2 of the 3 positions up front. Who gets the other one is anyone’s guess from any from the, as yet, unconvincing summer signings.

We shall wait & see….

Most of the new boys won't know what it's like to play in an old firm game they are mostly greenhorns and that could be costly especially if it's not going well and the fans are quiet.

Same goes for Celtic who've actually signed more players than we have.
