Sure. But the 'model', and that of BHA, I am told, means that they have always got replacements in line, for players, and for coaches, too. This means that change can be managed without trauma. 

Brentford have not had a great season, so far....so.....

It could be said McInnes would show a lack of ambition by the board but at the same time might be the safest option from the names quoted
